These are suggested websites for you to find facts and data about your population group. We also listed links and tips to help you to navigate the site. Some sites have suggested citations at the bottom of the page. You may use it but please remember to convert it to APA style. 

Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality
AHRQ is one of the agencies of Department of Health and Human Services. Its mission is to "produce evidence to make health care safer, higher quality, more accessible, equitable, and affordable".
From the top of the page, use "Topics" to find information for your group and "Research" to see Research Findings and Reports.
2022 National Healthcare Quality and Disparities Report

EthnoMed
Created and maintained by University of Washington, it provides "information about cultural beliefs, medical issues and other topics related to the health care of immigrants to the US, many of whom are refugees".

HDPulse
Part of NIH, HDPulse "is designed to provide access to data and interventions related to minority health and health disparities. It offers resources to identify, prioritize, and mitigate health disparities". It consists of Data Portal that includes population data, with applications for calculating and mapping health disparities data; and Interventions Portal that provides access to intervention research studies with accompanying tools and materials.

Health Information Translations
This program provides plain language health education resources for health care professionals and others working in communities with limited English proficient populations.

The Kaiser Family Foundation
"KFF does everything based on facts and data, and we do so objectively without taking policy positions and without affiliation to any political party or external interest". KFF has developed a series of reports that provide excellent overviews describing health inequities or disparities in general as well as the impact by race and ethnicity in the US.

MedlinePlus
An online health information resource for patients and their families and friends, it's "a service of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) which is part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)”.

National Center for Health Statistics
Maintained by the CDC, NCHS provides "a rich source of information about America’s health. As the nation’s principal health statistics agency, we compile statistical information to guide actions and policies to improve the health of the population".

Part of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Minority Health "is dedicated to improving the health of racial and ethnic minority populations through the development of health policies and programs that will help eliminate health disparities".
