If you have to delay purchasing a course textbook for some reason, many faculty members place their class material "On Reserve" here in the library.
What that means is they give the library the books (or movies or articles...) that they're using in class and we check them out to students for 2 hours of in-library use. There are some items that are available for longer periods of time, but 2 hours is the default.
Your instructor should let you know in class or in their syllabus if they have items on Reserve. But you can also always call the library and we'll be happy to check for you!

The Schnare Library is part of an organization that allows us to share books (and DVDs) with other libraries around the state. The name of this organization is MOBIUS.
If there's a book you're looking for that the library doesn't have, or if the copy we do have is checked out, you can check other MOBIUS libraries and have the item sent to us for you to check-out. For more information, check out the video below:
Not a "Library Resource" BUT they share a building with us - the Tutoring Center is located on the 1st floor of the library.
Tutoring is available for online and face-to-face sessions, by appointment and as walk-in, if there is an opening in the schedule.
You can call 636.922.8444 to schedule a session or you can schedule it online.
You'll find additional information the Tutoring Website.
The library offers black-and-white AND COLOR printing!
Currently enrolled students receive a $10.00 print credit at the beginning of every semester. Funds are automatically added to your account.
To print in black-and-white it costs 10 cents a page to print singe-sided and 15 cents for a double-sided page.
To print in color it costs 30 cents a page to print single-sided and 45 cents for a double-sided page.
Library computers default to double-sided printing, but this can easily be changed when you go to print. If you're not sure how to change this setting come see a librarian at the Reference Desk.
Wireless printing is available on campus. You have the option to print from your home computer, laptop, phone or other devices.
